Easy Chicken Casserole Recipes
Chicken casserole recipes are great to have on hand, but I normally do a casserole when I’m short on time, so I don’t want chicken casserole recipes that are going to take all day to make.
Easy Creamy Chicken Casserole
1 lb of chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can milk
1 box chicken flavored stuffing
7 slices of cheese, cheddar is my favorite
1-2 c broccoli
Poultry seasoning
Pepper
Place the chicken in a buttered 9×13 cake pan. Season the chicken with the pepper and poultry seasoning.
Mix the soup and milk together, reusing the can to measure the milk. Then pour the soup over the chicken.
Prepare the stuffing according to the package and sprinkle it on top of the soup.
Then sprinkle as much broccoli as you want on top of the stuffing. Then arrange the cheese slices on top of the broccoli to cover it completely.
Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.
The second of the chicken casserole recipes is a delicious one that I only get to make when my husband is not around because of the mushrooms. However, a few times I have made it without the mushrooms and it is still tasty.
Chicken Casserole Dinner
1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 lb large egg noodles
¼ c butter
1 can of mushrooms
1 can of peas, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ c milk
Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water. When done drain the water and add the butter. When the butter has melted add the chicken, mushrooms and peas. Once mixed add the soups and milk.
Pour it into a pan, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Last but not least this chicken casserole recipes is similar to the previous one but it taste a bit different and well worth having in your recipe box.
Easy Chicken Casserole
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 sm boxes of stuffing mix
10 oz frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz mozzarella cheese
Make the stuffing following the package but adding the broccoli to the water. Spread the stuffing in a 9×13 pan. Place the chicken next, then spread the soup and lastly top with the cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
