Do you have Chicken breasts you need to use up?

Have you ever let meat just sit in the fridge and go bad because you didn’t know what to do with it?  Or do you often go out to eat even though your freezer is full but you just don’t know what to do with those chicken breasts?  Well stop doing eat, making delicious meals is easy with these super simple chicken breast recipes.

Simple chicken tacos
2 lbs of chicken breasts
Salsa
Tortillas
Toppings of your choice

Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray then put the chicken in there.  Pour salsa over the chicken just until covered and cook on Medium for 7-8 hours or High 4-5.  Once done cut the chicken in strips, cubes, chunks, well any way you want to.  Then place a about 3 Tbsp of meat in a tortilla and top with cheese, lettuce, olives, or whatever you like.  See how simple that was.

You want another really easy one that you can even use frozen chicken breasts.  It’s really simple and won’t take you more then 5-10 minutes to prepare.

2-3lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz bottle of Italian dressing

Are you ready for this, all you do is put the chicken in an 11×14 baking pan frozen, or thawed, and then pour the salad dressing over it.  Easy, right?

But now comes the hard part, you need to go turn your oven on to 400 and then put the pan in there, whew that was sure difficult.  Now all you need to do is leave it alone for 1-1 ½ hours and come back to lightly browned chicken that taste wonderful.

This recipe is also low in fat and extremely healthy.  You can complete the meal with some salad a small roll and some broccoli to have a well-balanced, healthy meal.  You can also cut the chicken up and put it on top of the salad and just have a chicken salad for dinner, you wont even need to add salad dressing because the chicken is so flavorful and have dressing.
