Sensationally Easy Chicken Breast Recipes

I want to introduce you to these two easy chicken breast recipes.  Both are simple and yet look and taste like a masterpiece.
The first easy chicken breast recipe I came across while doing a general search for recipes using dry stuffing mix.  I had the mix and wanted to get it out of my pantry.  Well I am so glad I did that search and found this recipe.

Layered Chicken Cheese Mix
8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dry stuffing mix
¼ c Butter, melted
8 slices of Swiss cheese

In a 8×8 baking pan, that has been sprayed, place 4 of the chicken breasts.  Then top it with half the soup, followed by half the stuffing and half the butter.  Then place a slice of cheese on each chicken piece.  Then layer the last 4 chicken breast on top and do the same as before with the remaining ingredients.  Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.

For a complete meal serve with dinner rolls and asparagus.

This next easy chicken breast recipe combines my love of mushrooms, with my love of sour cream, two of my favorite ingredients to cook with.  This recipe is also a favorite of mine because I can throw it in my pressure cooker, crock-pot or do it in the oven.

Mushroom Chicken
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c mushrooms, chopped
1 c sour cream
2 T Parsley
Paprika, optional

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except chicken and paprika.

In a medium baking dish place the chicken as flat as possible.  Then pour the soup mixture over the chicken.  Top with a bit of paprika for color.

For a crock pot cook on low for 6-8 hours.  If you do it in a pressure cooker add a 1 cup of water at the beginning and then cook it for 15-20 minutes.

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.

For a complete meal serve with rice and a corn.
