Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes: In a hurry

We all know the marinating the chicken is best but if you are low on time then you need grilled chicken breast recipes that don’t require a marinade, so let me share these with you.

Lemon-Pepper Grilled Chicken
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2-4 lemons, sliced
Pepper to taste

Place the chicken on the grill and then sprinkle with pepper.  Then arrange enough slices of lemon on top of chicken to cover it.  Do this will all four breasts.

Cook on medium heat until chicken is done, usually about 12-15 minutes Discard lemon slices.

To serve top with some extra lemon slices, you could even grill them for a minute on each side to give it grill lines.

You don’t necessarily need a grilled chicken breast recipe in order to create a wonderful chicken breast meal.  You just need a few herbs and or spices and you can create some tasty grilled chicken that your family will love.  Let me get you started with some of my favorite.

Two really simple ones that my family enjoys are SeasonAll and Nature’s Seasoning; just sprinkle some on the chicken and grill for about 20-30 minutes and they’ll be done.  Pair it with some grilled potatoes and a salad and you will have a wonderful complete dinner or lunch.

You could also use a combination of seasonings that you like.  My husband and I will use garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.  Then pair it with some corn on the cob that we season with pepper and garlic and fruit salad for a healthy dinner.

You could also cut up the chicken and put it on some skewers with some onions, peppers, potatoes, corn pieces and other vegetable choices and that will season the chicken nicely enough.

If you need skewers or anything else for these recipes then check out my favorite cooking store Cooking.com, they have the best prices and service online.
