Grilled Chicken Breast Recipes: Marinades
There are so many grilled chicken breast recipes out there, so lets get straight to these fantastic marinades.
The first grilled chicken breast recipes I’m sharing is really simple to put together and tastes really fabulous.
Honey Lime Grilled Chicken
4 Skinless Boneless Chicken breasts
Juice from 1 lime
1 tsp honey
12 oz light colored beer
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except the chicken. Then pour it over the chicken (I usually throw it in a Ziploc) and marinate for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat and you might consider oiling the grate.
Place chicken on grate and grill until done, normally about 15 minutes.

6 boneless skinless chicken breast, ½” thick
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ c orange juice
¼ c honey
½ c white wine
Juice from 1 lime
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1½ tsp onion powder
1½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp chipotle chili powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
3 Tbsp Olive oil
Pinch of red pepper flakes and another of cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, honey, white wine and lime juice until the honey is dissolved. Then add the remaining ingredients, not including the chicken and whisk until well mixed.
Place the chicken into a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Let sit in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes but no more then 2 days.
Heat the grill to medium and oil the grate if necessary.
Place chicken on grill and cook until done, usually about 12-15 minutes.
