Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipes That Will Make Your Mouth Water

Are you looking for stuffed chicken breast recipes?  Let me share these delectable recipes that include taco seasonings cheese and bacon.
This first one is really good and should take you about 30-35 minutes to prepare.

Taco Stuffed Chicken breasts
6 large chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 roll of ritz crackers, crushed
1 pkg of taco seasoning
6 slices of white cheese
8 oz or 1/2 a pkg of bacon, cooked and crumbled (ham works as well)
1 egg
1/2 c milk

In a mixing bowl combine the crackers and the taco seasoning.  In a seperate bowl combine the milk and egg and beat very well.

Then lay out the chicken on a flat surface and pound out  to about a 1/2 in thick.

Then in the center of each breast add a slice of cheese and a portion of the bacon.  Close the chicken breast by folding the corners in, making sure it completely covers the cheese and bacon.  Then dip the breast in the egg and roll in the crumbs.

Place the chicken open side down in greased or oiled muffin tin.  Then sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.  If you want some add flavor then spray with olive oil.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375.

This goes well with a baked potato and some broccoli.
